Partnership Terms
By joining the ProudPatriot Partner Program, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must have an active ProudPatriot Partnership Program membership account. You must actively promote ProudPatriot products on social media or other digital channels.
Your Commission
Commission rates are agreed individually at the time of joining. We reserve the right to change commission rates with 30 days written notice.
Payments
Commissions are paid via PayPal between the 3rd and 4th week of each calendar month. You must provide a valid PayPal.me link to receive payment. Payments are only made once a minimum threshold is reached (communicated individually). ProudPatriot is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote ProudPatriot products honestly and accurately.
- Do not make false claims about products or discounts.
- Use only approved promotional materials or content you have created.
- Do not engage in any activity that could damage the ProudPatriot brand.
Termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time. Outstanding commissions earned up to that point will be paid at the next scheduled payment date. Accounts that violate these terms may be terminated without notice and any pending commissions forfeited.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept any changes.
