At ProudPatriot, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Every product is made to order specifically for you with your chosen design.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTE 

We follow UK consumer law for online sales. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason (change of mind, size, etc.).

CANCELLATIONS

Product Orders All ProudPatriot products are made to order. You can cancel or modify your order using the link in your order confirmation email, but only before production begins. Once production starts (usually within a few hours), orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS 

Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable.

DONATIONS & TIPS 

Donations and tips are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR QUALITY ISSUES 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we will work with you to resolve it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: contact@support.proudpatriot.co

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photographs (flat, well-lit surface showing the full item and close-ups of the problem)
  • Photos of the product label if possible

We may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed promptly (see timelines below).

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

Product Orders We provide a 14-day cooling-off period for change of mind returns. Notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the unused item in original packaging. You pay return shipping. We refund the product price + standard delivery cost. Only quality-related issues are eligible for additional remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change of mind returns. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in substantially the same condition.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES 

PayPal: Approved refunds typically appear within 24 business hours. Credit/Debit Cards: Approved refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may incur import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes or government fees. These are your responsibility and are not controlled by ProudPatriot. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
